General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access to premium features upon payment, all subscription fees for Examplify AI Tutor Premium are **non-refundable**. When you purchase a subscription, you agree that we may start providing the service immediately and that you waive any right to a refund.

No-Refund Policy for Subscription Fees

We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, account cancellations, or unused features. Once a payment has been processed, it is final. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including annual and monthly plans, if offered.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical billing errors, such as a duplicate charge for the same service, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

To report a billing error, please email us at examplifyai.helpdesk@gmail.com with the subject line "Billing Error" and include your user ID, the transaction date, and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome.

Cancellation of Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for the remaining time in your subscription period after cancellation.
